Nia (findnia.com) is an online service operated by William Kaseu. It helps international students find US schools that offer strong scholarships and funding, and helps them prepare their applications.

By creating an account or using Nia, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nia gives guidance: school lists, requirements, deadlines, activity ideas, and essay help, generated with the help of AI and William's research.

Nia is NOT:

• a guarantee of admission, a scholarship, funding, or a visa — no one can promise those, and anyone who does is not being honest with you;
• affiliated with, or endorsed by, any school or university we mention;
• legal, immigration, or financial advice.

School information (deadlines, fees, test policies, funding) can change at any time. Always confirm the details on the school's own website before you apply or pay anything.

Much of what Nia produces is generated by artificial intelligence based on your profile. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking important facts and for everything you submit to schools.

Essay drafts are a starting point built from your own story — rewrite them in your own words before submitting anywhere. Submitting unedited AI writing can get an application rejected, and that responsibility is yours.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Nia.
• Give true information in your profile — the recommendations are only as good as what you tell us.
• Your account is personal. Do not share your login or resell access.
• Do not scrape, copy, or redistribute Nia's school database or content.
• Do not abuse the AI features (for example, automating requests or working around usage limits).

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Paid plans (Pro and Max) can be bought two ways:

• Card — a monthly subscription billed through our payment provider. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
• Mobile money (Selar) — a one-time purchase of one month of access. It does NOT renew automatically. When it expires, you can buy another month if you want to continue.

Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future purchases.

Nia is a digital service, so in general payments are not refundable once the service has been used. But we want you to be treated fairly: if something went wrong — you were charged twice, access never activated, or the service was broken for you — contact William within 7 days of the charge and we will make it right with a fix, credit, or refund.

What you write in Nia (your profile, activities, essays, messages) belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it so the service can work — for example, sending your profile to our AI provider to generate your school list. We do not sell your content.

Nia's design, database, courses, books, and text belong to William Kaseu. You may use them for your own applications, not to build a competing service or to redistribute them.

Nia is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — including a school rejecting you, a scholarship not being offered, a visa being refused, or a missed deadline. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid Nia in the 12 months before the claim.

We may update these terms as Nia grows. If a change is important, we will let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Nia after a change means you accept the new terms.
